Updated Microsoft Office 365 Integration Instructions 

Updated the Microsoft Office 365 Integration Instructions, which include the following stored data: HR Roster, Application Roster, and Application Access (+Last Activity Date for: Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Skype for Business, and Yammer).

The Flexera SaaS Manager Common API Application Activity Tracking has also been updated for Microsoft Office 365.

Data Grid Improvements - Catalog 

The Catalog screen is the last of the Flexera SaaS Manager screens to include data grid improvements. New columns were created for Licenses, Assigned Users, and Active Users. For details see, Catalog.

Released the Azure Active Directory Integration Instructions, which include the following stored data: HR Roster + Application Discovery + SSO Application Roster + SSO Application Access (+ Last Activity).

The Flexera SaaS Manager Common API Application Activity Tracking has also been updated for Azure Active Directory.

License Differentiation - New Product License fields 

In the Flexera SaaS Manager Catalog, new fields were added to the application’s Product License screen. These new fields allow you to enter an application’s different plan options or license types. For details, see Add a License.

License Differentiation - New Application Activity tab 

In the Flexera SaaS Manager Catalog, a new Activity tab UI was created for applications that have different plan options or license types. To date, this feature is available for Office 365 and Salesforce. Within the Activity tab grid is a License Type column that can be sorted to identify underutilized entitlements by user.
