SaaS Management Resources

This following table describes the Flexera One SaaS Management solution’s downloadable resources.

SaaS Management Resource	Description
Expenses	If you need to manually upload expenses, upload the SaaS Management Expense Format (this link downloads the form SaaSManagementExpenseFormat.xlsx ) on a monthly basis in the Documents tab of the SaaS application’s License page. For details, see Uploading License Documents. All uploaded files must contain the appropriate headers for data matching.
HR Roster	If you need a manual upload of your organization’s HR Roster into SaaS Management, download and complete the SaaS Management Manual Import HR Form (this link downloads the form SaaSManagementManualHRForm.xlsx). Contact Flexera Support to have this XLSX file uploaded into SaaS Management. All uploaded files must contain the appropriate headers for data matching.
Multiple Salesforce Org Information	If you need to manually upload information for several Salesforce orgs, download and complete the Upload Multiple Orgs CSV file (this link downloads SaaS_SFUploadMultipleOrgs.csv ). Drag and drop a file to upload into SaaS Management as per the Salesforce integration instructions.
SaaS Vendor License Information	If you need a manual upload of SaaS vendor license information into SaaS Management, download and complete the SaaS License Augment Template CSV file (this link downloads SaaSLicenseAugmentTemplate.csv ). Contact Flexera Support to have this CSV file uploaded into SaaS Management. All uploaded files must contain the appropriate headers for data matching.
