InstallShield 2008
When you specify software requirements on the Installation Requirements page, InstallShield creates an installation bootstrap (Setup.exe) to install the software applications that you select to be distributed in addition to the primary application assembly.
For information on creating a custom requirement that is not listed on the Installation Requirements page, see Defining Setup Prerequisites.
Important
ClickOnce applications require the .NET Framework, so this is selected by default. It is strongly recommended that you include the .NET Framework with your ClickOnce application.
